Registration and Fees
Before proceeding with the conference registration, keep in mind three important deadlines:
• early-bird registration deadline: 30 April 2022
• final registration deadline for authors: 10 April 2022
• final registration deadline for non-presenting participants: 10 June 2022
Please note that the deadline of 10 April 2022 for presenters is a strict and definitive one. That is, if no presenter of an initially accepted abstract has registered by then, the paper will be removed from the programme.

Please note that, to qualify for the student rate, you will be asked to upload a copy of your student ID card during the registration process.
General Registration Conditions
You will receive a first email with an automatic confirmation that the registration form has been received. After the payment, we will send you an invoice. Please bear in mind that, in case you do not receive these emails, then either your registration or the payment has failed. Please contact info@waw2022.pl if this should occur.

Conference Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation and/or changes to your registration must be notified via email to info@waw2022.pl.
For requests to cancel the conference registration received by May 15 2022, the registration fee will be refunded in full minus a processing fee of 20 EUR (except in the event of force majeure). For cancellation requests received after May 15 2022, the registration fee will not be refunded.
There will be no refund for registered persons that do not attend the conference. No additional fees will be required for transferring registration to a colleague of the same organisation.
In Summary: Registrants' contact information is NOT shared with third parties without your permission. Registrants' information is primarily used to verify registrations and to notify you of similar future Wellbeing at Work conferences.
